Roy Lauder – Director and Co-Founder
Roy began his career in land surveying before entering the oil sector and then the power industry.
He has an engineering background and has gained strong business development and project management skills by working with both large corporates and small businesses. He has set up and built three companies.
Jim’s career started as a microbiologist with British Bakeries then quickly moved into operations, being thrown in at the deep end managing a production team on the shop floor. A whole series of promotions culminated in Jim running his first factory in Dundee, before being persuaded into a new sector, Soft Drinks, managing and leading factories with the Coop and Princes Group.
John has held senior sales, marketing and business development roles for over 30 years with leading global companies including FUJIFILM, SAPPI, Tetra Pak and Alcan Aluminium. Most of John’s roles have involved the reorientation, re-organisation and re-invigoration of sales and marketing functions.
He has first-hand, proven success in designing and executing accelerated sales growth programmes that deliver sustainable profitability.
He has world class expertise in Sales Team Development, Key Account Management, Customer Centricity and Pricing for Profitable Growth.
John holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics & Marketing and MSc in Corporate Leadership.
With over 30 years’ experience in business, Jim has operated at MD and Partner level for many years. He has been instrumental in the start-up, development, growth, diversification and divestment, of several businesses, including his own.
A Human Resources professional, Jim’s main focus is on people development and the role of “human capital” in a business. He brings a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of business challenges.
